Service Description

Once you purchase the assessment package, you’ll receive instructions for taking your assessment within 24 hours. 02 You’ll take the assessment online, which should only require about 20 minutes to complete. 03 Please allow 3 business days after completing the assessment before scheduling you debrief and strategy session. 04 We will then collaboratively explore your ELI over a 2 hour private debrief on video conference. During the debrief, we will review your results, discuss next steps and how you can apply this new knowledge directly into action. As part of the debrief you’ll receive your personal copy of the 10-page report that summarizes your individual ‘snapshot,’ your E-factor (energy factor) and its significance for your life ​
