What is Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment?

The Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment developed by IPEC was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 3 most important assessments every executive and leader should take in order to optimize leadership skills, emotional intelligence,

situational personal awareness + stress regulation.

It is an equally powerful tool for any individual from a kid

to an adult who can benefit from the same self-knowledge.

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary,

research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even re-evaluate in the future.
