My coaching approach is grounded, strategic, and deeply human. I’ve worked with professionals and leaders across industries and continents — from high-potential talent navigating the next step in their careers, to senior leaders realigning with purpose and impact. Whether in one-on-one coaching, group programs, or large-scale leadership initiatives, my focus is always the same: creating the space for people to think deeply, shift perspective, and move forward with intention.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of leading the design and delivery of Microsoft’s global Career Coaching Program bringing coaching access to thousands of employees across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas. I’ve facilitated Energy Leadership workshops, designed inclusive group coaching programs for women in tech, and advised on regional coaching strategies that reflect local nuance and global ambition.

My background includes certifications in Core Energy Coaching (iPEC), the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), NLP, and membership with the International Coaching Federation (ACC). I’m also part of the leadership team for the ICF NSW Chapter, where I support initiatives to grow and strengthen our coaching community.
What drives me is seeing what becomes possible when people reconnect with their values, voice, and vision.
Coaching, for me, isn’t about giving advice it’s about helping people hear their own wisdom more clearly, and supporting them as they make bold, meaningful choices in work and in life.
